C’mon… if you were getting released from jail wouldn’t you want someone there waiting for you when you got out? And maybe a poem too? You’ve paid your debt to society so how about a high five for that? The DPW is there for you no matter what horrible crime you’ve committed, or not, or even if you’ve served time unfairly because you were innocent and the Judge was on crack when he sentenced you. You’re back on the street and the street is filled with poetry. Sweet.
